Ship your bike directly to Cycle Zydeco and we’ll handle it from there!

We carry insurance to protect your investment in your bike while it is in our possession.

2) HANDLING FOR FULL SERVICE ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY

BIKE HANDLING INFORMATION & DETAILS

  • Please note the fee you pay to Cycle Zydeco is only for handling and does NOT include the shipper’s charges from FedEx, UPS or any other service. We recommend shipping via BikeFlights.com where you can fill out your bike's shipping form crafted especially for Cycle Zydeco participants!

  • When you register your shipping with BikeFlights, you will only be given the first shipping label. You will be emailed the return label at no more than 10 days before the scheduled return shipping. Don’t worry, you can email the return label to info@LATRAIL.org.

  • Please ship your bike as early as possible for us to assemble for you. If you are shipping to us to hold for you to assemble then please have the bike arrive on or before Monday before the start of the ride.

  • BikeFlights will provide round trip shipping labels. Your prepaid return shipping label must be emailed to us so we can ship the bike back to you. Please email the return label to: info@LATRAIL.org

  • We will have the bike or bike box (depending on service selected) waiting at check in. If you are arriving early and want to arrange an earlier pick up, please contact us directly to make those arrangements. If you are only riding the weekend then we will have your bike ready for pick up in Breaux Bridge.

  • After the ride is completed on we will transport your bike back to our facility for disassembly and repacking. Our goal is to get your bike shipped back to you by the end of the week.
