To have your bike assembled by mechanic, you must print the bike shipment form and send it in with your bike.

   *Denotes required field.

*You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bike. Our fees are in addition to your shipping cost. We will collect payment by check only for either the $60 or $10 service fee prior to the ride. Please write your check out to LCVC/Cycle Zydeco and mail to LCVC/Cycle Zydeco,
